Uverse Tech offers service warranties on its service offerings, the specific terms and conditions of which will be outlined in individual service contracts

Refunds

Uverse Tech's refund policy will vary depending on the specific service and contract terms. In general, refunds may be considered in cases of significant service failures or breaches of contract, a written request must be submitted to us within 3 business days of notice and refunds processing may typically take 30 days and based on individual service contracts.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with detailed information about the issue and the specific service involved.

Please note that refunds may not be available for services that have been partially or fully delivered, or for services that were accurately provided as per the agreed-upon terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to agreement or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved through the following process:

  • Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation.

  • Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties shall engage in mediation. The mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

The prevailing party in any dispute resolution proceeding shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
